Appearance: Fukui's hair is brown in a Caesar cut. Eyes are hazel, but are often concealed by a pair of sunglasses, like a true Agent. His clothes are a black tank top and blue jeans. His body is somewhat toned from his training. He always stands straight, to, as he says, "show off the false sense of confidence all agents must have." His facial features are somewhat mature for his age, but he is clean, in terms of facial hair.




Personality: Fukui is, to make a long story short, a crouching slacker, hidden special operative. To make a short story long, he goes through school with minimal effort. All he wants is to finish so he can officially begin his work as a Japanese Secret Service Agent, or whatever the Japanese equivalent is called. In a mission, however, he always makes sure to finish with precision and speed, not afraid to do what's necessary. Outside of a mission, he's, to put it bluntly, boring. He would be interesting if he were a good storyteller, but he can't explain one of his previous missions to save his life. He does, however, enjoy food, for training works up an appetite.




Background: Born in the Shibuya District of Tokyo, born to a Japanese mother and an American father, Fukui was gifted at first, reading and writing at an early age. However, as he aged, his motivation declined, due to self-esteem troubles, from a group of America-hating bullies who stopped at nothing to make his life miserable, and his father wanting him to be more active. One day, Fukui attended one of the Emperor of Japan's speeches, as his father stood guard. Fukui noticed a sniper, and tackled the Emperor as the bullet hit the wall where the Emperor was. After the sniper was caught, Fukui was offered to undergo official training as an honorary agent. Although he performed badly in school, and never got back into the swing of things, Fukui aced most of the physical training. Eventually, his family moved to the Chiyoda District, as Fukui realized he had one more chance to be normal. However, due to his low grades, nobody took him seriously, despite his work. Despite this, he continued his training, earning his title of Super High School Level Agent.
